Here you’ll find national and global advocacy and action opportunities endorsed by Affirm United/ S’affirmer Ensemble. Being Affirming is about making a public and intentional stand in support of gender- and sexually diverse communities. Please consider adding your words, voice, or action to calls from communities here at home and around the world.
We draw our actions from The United Church of Canada and its global partners; from partnerships formed between Affirming ministries and their global connections; and from secular groups in Canada and around the world who act for LGBTQIA+ human rights. Sometimes we focus on a special project, day, or situation, and we’ll include on this page invitations to participate in those.
